As the Brand Marketing Manager here at JUCY Group Ltd, you will work across both our brands - JUCY Rentals, our iconic green and purple campervans, and Star RV, our new premium motorhomes - across both New Zealand and Australia. We move fast here, so you’ll need the ability to multitask and priority-shift in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing, you’ll have full ownership of a number of areas, as well as the opportunity to work collaboratively with the wider Brand and Marketing team on delivering campaigns and activations to a varied customer base of energetic travellers, as well as premium customers.

With experience in project management, brand marketing, and channel strategy, you will exercise judgment to prioritise workflows, manage key campaign milestones, communicate dependencies, and jump in where needed to execute campaign elements. As such, you’re attentive to detail, skilled at communicating with diverse teams, and have experience in ATL, BTL, and TTL campaign production.

You will have a strong understanding of brand across all customer touchpoints, ensuring that all stages of the customer experience are aligned to our brand guidelines and tone of voice to ensure a consistent brand experience.

**What you need to have**:

- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
- A Tertiary Education in marketing or related field
- Excellent communication skills\ that are adaptable to various audiences
- The ability to be a self-starter
- Excellent writing skills - we stan a grammar nerd
- To be highly organised with an eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency with creative software/tools, Canva/Adobe
