**In your day-to-day job you will**:

- Inspect and advise on client jobs to ensure the best customer outcomes.
- Quote for jobs as required.
- Ensure sites are set up correctly prior to the start of the job.
- Organise, plan, and schedule staff, contractors, and materials for jobs.
- Audit jobs to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.
- A proactive and practical individual
- Able to think for yourself and solve problems.
- Excellent at planning and organising.
- Great at supervising people.
- Able to work to deadlines.
- Experienced in undertaking health and safety audits.
- Able to get on with customers and colleagues.
- Computer savvy

You will enjoy being able to pick up the tools occasionally, but your key focus will be running high performing teams undertaking asbestos removals on our client sites prior to our teams re-roofing or undertaking roofing repairs. You will have a proven track record of high quality work and will enjoy using your experience and ability to lead your team/s to achieve quality outcomes, leading by example and creating a strong safety culture.
