Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for a special individual to join our team as Assistant Store Manager, in Moochi lane. This is a full-time role Sunday - Thursday and is based in wellington

Experience in a similar position in premium retail is beneficial but not essential. The right attitude and behaviours are what is key for this role

**Job tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Support the Store Manager in achieving the sales and KPI goals in store through strong leadership and training
- Oversee stock management and stock processes in store to improve the quality of our retail environment
- Support the induction and training of new team members to ensure retail processes and tasks are followed in line with company guidelines
- Support the Store Manager with retail administration to improve the overall operation and running of the store
- Introduce initiatives to improve stock and people management
- Oversee the flow of stock processing from inwards and outwards goods
- Support customer experience and sales goals following a moochi sales process
- Inspire and lead our team members and nurture a positive team culture

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in premium retail or hospitality
- Outgoing personality with a love of people
- Organized, attention to detail and a great communicator
- Creative and entrepreneurial within the retail environment
- Solution focused mentality
