Ready for take-off?- About the role- As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play an integral role in our team, showcasing the very essence of our restaurant. This position is well-suited for individuals who are beginning or returning to the hospitality industry and seeking full-time or part-time hours.- Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences. This includes mixing cocktails, pouring beer and wine, and preparing coffee and other non-alcoholic drinks.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking drink orders, and offering menu recommendations. Address any customer inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, well-organised, and stocked with all necessary supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and liquor.
- Compliance: Adhere to all relevant alcohol service laws and regulations, including checking identification to verify the legal drinking age of customers. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication.
