We are looking for an administrator to support our Engagement and Operations (E&O) team within our Market Regulation branch based in our Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington) office.
Mō te tūranga | About the role
Working in the close and collaborative E&O team - Market Regulation branch, you will provide high quality co-ordination, administration, and information management support to ensure the effectiveness of the wider branch.
A typical day would involve coordinating information from managers and teams for branch reporting, managing our branch inbox; and co-ordinating E&O team projects. With high attention to detail, you'll ensure key branch documents are accurate and kept up to date. In particular, you will be responsible for managing the administration for our Division meetings with our key decision makers, the Commissioners. Your ability to build strong connections across the branch and the wider Commission will ensure your success in this role.
You will coordinate branch wide meetings and provide induction sessions to new branch team members on filing, knowledge bases and branch processes. With a continuous improvement focus you will always be looking for ways to be more effective and efficient.

With some solid administration skills, excellent problem-solving ability and great relationship management skills, you will be sure to hit the ground running.
