Kitchen Hand Foh

This Kitchen Hand role is a Hybrid back of house (BOH) & front of house (FOH) role. You will do a range of BOH prep like making salsas and sauces, cutting veggies and grilling chicken and roasting meats. This role does have a FOH component to it as well. For busy service periods (lunch and dinner rush), you will be assisting on the service line making Burritos, Tacos, Nachos, and Salads for walk-in and online customers. Our opening hours are 11am-9pm everthing is made fresh in-house so our full-time staff get very consistent hours week to week. A full-time staff member will get around 35-40 hours a week between 9:30am and 9:30pm (10pm Fri/Sat). Our Kitchen hands are passionate, vibrant, professional team players. They understand what it means to be a part of a team and build them. They must be able to handle a bit of stress and the juggling of multiple moving parts in our busy restaurant. **Requirements**: Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality is required with a minimum of 1 years experience. Have knowledge of kitchen equipment and procedures, safety and sanitation regulations, and knowledge of food and food production. Demonstrate excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
