**The details**:Fixed-term (4-6 Months) - Part-time, 0.45 FTE (400-550 Hours in total)

- Conduct Comprehensive Literature Reviews: Deeply dive into academic journals and publications to gather relevant information, ensuring a solid foundation for research.
- Preliminary Data Analysis: Utilize analytical skills to perform initial data evaluations, setting the stage for significant research insights.
- Support Research Objectives: Collaborate closely with the research team to contribute to the project's goals, offering insights and summaries from gathered data and literature.

- Skills and experience you’ll need to be considered for the role:
- Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action
- Demonstrated experience in project development, implementation, research including methodology and tool development.
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse cultures / people, settings, sectors (organisations) and the community
- Track record of publications
- Demonstrated experience in presenting, facilitation, communication within a group context
- A high level of research and report writing skills
- Knowledge, experience and understanding of research, frameworks, methodology and related processes, including Māori, Pacific and other culturally appropriate models of research.
- Knowledge of determinants of health and their effect on health status of populations.
- Demonstrated work ethics.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Desirable to have evaluation method experience
- A relevant graduate and post-graduate qualification
- Familiar with Hospital Acquired Infections
- Familiarity with Systematic Literature Review Frameworks
