Join our Store Trading Experience team and be the driving force behind creating exceptional retail experiences

The Store Trade Experience Team Member supports the planning and execution of in-store trade experiences across The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery stores. This role ensures promotional, seasonal, and event-based activity is delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard, enhancing customer engagement and driving sales.

**Quick snapshot of the role**:

- ** Trade execution support** - Assist in delivering national promotional, seasonal, and campaign events in-store. Prepare execution packs, layouts, and visual guides for stores.
- ** Store capability and support** - Provide clear instructions and tools to stores for successful execution. Respond to store queries and support resets as needed
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with VM specialists, Merchandise, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and feasibility of initiatives
- ** Project Coordination** - Support the creation and tracking of execution timelines for campaigns and events. Ensure milestones are met and issues are escalated promptly
- ** Customer Experience Focus** -Use store feedback and customer insights to suggest improvements to trade experiences

**Qualifications**
We’re looking for someone who gets retail - you know how stores tick, what great execution looks like, and what they need from the Store Trading Experience team to truly deliver.

- Experience in retail operations or visual merchandising
- Skilled in managing and resolving retail execution and event challenges
- Familiarity with space planning or visual merchandising tools
- A collaborative mindset - you work well with others and know how to influence

- Experience supporting national retail campaigns
