We are now seeking a Retail Supervisor with sales and operation experience to join our team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing retail shopping sides of the business to maximise customer satisfaction through products and services.
- Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties
- Ensure products are displayed correctly in the show room.
- Processing customers shopping orders, managing on and offline sales enquires.
- Handle complaints, solve product and services related issues by determine issues and provide solutions.
- Perform stock check and restock as required.
- Price sitting for new products.
- Assist customers in the shop when required and directed staff to provide prompt service.
- General Staff management (including hiring and training new staffs)
**What well need from you**
- Minimum1 year experiences in sales or operation position
- Multi-tasking
- Customer oriented
- Excellent communication skill
- Can-do attitude
- Attention to details.
What we can offer:
Full time Employment: 40 hours per week minimum
Hourly rate: $27.76 per hour
Work Location: Penrose Auckland
