Service Manager

**The Opportunity**

CablePrice has a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the leadership team in the position of Service Manager. Due to an Internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a personable professional to lead our successfully busy service team in our Invercargill Branch. This role will be best suited to someone who enjoys providing holistic customer service solutions from an operational standpoint - so everything runs smoothly just like a well-oiled machine

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will enjoy planning work fronts efficiently and effectively to meet and exceed business objectives with a genuine aptitude to identify and implement growth and development strategies for continuous service improvement.

**The ideal person for this role will have**:

- Previous leadership of the Service Department - **Demonstrated management experience**:

- ** Current and relevant Industry Knowledge** having developed understanding and mechanical aptitude for **heavy diesel vehicles and earthmoving machinery**:

- Proven **financial acumen** with a work history of **evaluating labour costs and project expenditure** in order to always **identifying new growth opportunities** for the Sales & Aftersales departments
- Creative **problem-solving skills** with an innovative ability to navigate complex issues
- Service data analysis experience to **improve productivity and efficiency** wherever possible
- ** Commitment to delivering quality service and ensure customer satisfaction**:

- A **personable and professional Communication style**- _above all else, _your personality and charismatic character will be what sets you
- Ability **building and maintaining customer relations** that provide a **strong service focus**
