Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to primarily work for our multiple stores based within 100m from each other in the Tokoroa (Waikato Region).

The representatives will perform the below tasks:

- Interact with customers to handle complaints and provide information about the products we have to offer.
- Maintain a register of customers and ensure that their details and feedback is recorded properly.
- Work towards increasing customer outreach and promote services & products of our business.
- Assist the management in handling the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Promote upselling of our services by adapting different strategies.
- Greeting customers and attending them as they arrive at the store.
- Ensure to maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Collecting payments from the customers and manage cash registers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

You will be required to work for **minimum of 30 hours per week.**

Other requirements:

- Interpersonal skills
- Good with customer handlings skills
- Available to work on weekends

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
