**24 hour per week permanent position (0.6FTE).
The regional spinal cord injury service covers a range of services employing multidisciplinary teams in spinal cord injury rehabilitation, general rehabilitation and reconditioning of population 16 - 65 years. Situated on the outskirts of Christchurch, Burwood Hospital is located in attractive grounds providing a range of rehabilitation services onsite. There are general and neuro-rehabilitation services, Older Persons Health, Older Persons Mental Health and elective Orthopaedic surgery all provided on the campus. The service works closely with our other campus -, in particular Psych Consult, Neurology and general medicine.

Applicants would ideally have experience in rehabilitation for people who have experienced illness and or injury giving rise to physical disability.
