Join Bayer Crop Science and play a pivotal role in ensuring reliable seed production across quantity, quality, cost, time, and location. As a** Production Representative**, you will execute technical management at the field and operational level, driving excellence in production processes and fostering strong partnerships with growers and tollers.

**_ Do something that moves you._**

- **Technical Leadership**: Recommend, control, and supervise all technical aspects from soil preparation to seed cleaning for assigned contracted orders. Proactively identify process improvements and deviations.
- **Contract Coordination**: Deliver accurate information to expedite grower/toller agreements and ensure timely parental line arrivals.
- **Supply Assurance**: Verify and secure parental seeds or nursery plants to meet production plan requirements within crop calendars.
- **Data Accuracy**: Maintain precise field maps and yield estimates in Bayer platforms throughout the crop season.
- **Grower Network Development**: Complete annual qualification processes, share best practices, and nurture a dynamic grower/toller network.
- **Innovation & Collaboration**: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify new opportunities and champion continuous improvement.
- **Compliance**: Uphold Bayer, industry, and NPPO policies to maintain strong business relationships

**_ Does this sound like you?_**

- Degree in **Agronomy, Plant Science**, or related field with **3+ years’ experience** in seed or similar industries.
- Strong leadership behaviors**:Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach (DSO)**.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of **Six Sigma / LEAN** principles.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** and intermediate **SAP** skills.
