By joining the Tech team, you’ll be an integral part of building our all-in-one business management platform.

**About the role**

We are looking for a Senior Developer to drive the development of MYOB's SaaS platform. This platform serves accounting, payroll and compliance needs for SME (Small & Medium) businesses.

You will join a collaborative, multi-functional agile team building user experiences and improving workflows that allow our SMEs, partner accountants and bookkeepers to have an Easy to use, connected and reliable accounting software.

As a Senior Developer, other technologists in your team will look to you for your experience, mentoring and guidance. Relying on your previous experience and expertise, you will work cross-functionally to overcome ambiguous problems and architect solutions for building outstanding software.

**The skills you'll need**:

- You've developed a strong reputation for being the go-to person in your previous teams for technical knowledge, mentorship, and advice.
- Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and concepts.
- An ability to deliver well-designed, high quality and robust solutions.
- Pragmatism to balance short term delivery focus with longer-term objectives.
- You have full-stack experience (our platform currently uses C#,.NET, React, Node and Azure).
- You've built out CI/CD pipelines and have gone through the process of optimising them for speed and quality of delivery.
- You've developed experience in coaching/mentoring developers.
