In this role, you’ll support the Māori Advisory Engagement Lead, Māori Lead - Business, and Māori Lead - Retail to deliver kaupapa that reflect and uplift te ao Māori. You’ll help prepare pitch packs, support onboarding of Māori commercial entities, and ensure Māori narratives are woven into our communications. You’ll coordinate cultural events, promote te reo Māori through Te Hoe Ākau, and provide guidance across the enterprise. Your mahi will help build enduring relationships and embed tikanga Māori into everything we do.

For this role we’re looking for a culturally grounded connector who is passionate about te ao Māori and committed to creating positive impact. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

- Proven understanding of te ao Māori and te reo Māori me ōna tikanga
- Strong ability to engage effectively with Māori and key stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English and te reo Māori
- Confident in working collaboratively across diverse teams and kaupapa
- Proactive in promoting te ao Māori and cultural capability
- Passionate about integrating Māori perspectives into enterprise-wide initiatives
- Adaptable and committed to continuous learning and development
