**DESCRIPTION**

Kitchen Cabinets and Stones has been manufacturing and selling cabinetry for the kitchen market for the last ten years. Most of our work is DYI and Flatpack kitchen cabinets, and we also undertake custom projects, most for residential work.

This is a Full Time position in our Henderson showroom.

In this role you will:

- Coordinate and juggle a full spectrum of administration tasks for the sales team.
- Provide quotes as requested, liaise with Customers / Sales Manager ensuring clear communication regarding products ordered and time frames for delivery.
- Follow up sales orders and coordinating delivery schedules with customer orders.
- Manage, attend to, and follow up customer complaints as requested by the Customer Service Team.
- To fulfill admin duties assigned by the sales Manager

The skills and experience you’ll need to bring with you include:

- Previous experience in a busy Administration role.
- Ability to work with numbers.
- Computer literate, including Microsoft office with good Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships quickly.
- Persistent with a high level of work ethic and professionalism.
- Experience with Design or planning Kitchens (not a must, training will be provided)
- Professional demeanour, down to earth, approachable and work well as part of a team.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Available to work on Weekends. (saturdays until 2 pm only)
- Bilingual should be fluent in English (Chinese and Hindi are a bonus)
