- A minimum 1 years fashion retail experience
- A proven ability to achieve & exceed sales targets
- Exceptional communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- An understanding and genuine love of fashion & trends
- A talent for driving and motivating team members
- Initiative and problem solving skills are a must
