Japanese Food Chef/ Cook Needed

We are looking for outgoing, firendly Japanese Food Chef / Cook to help us serve Japanese style sushi and other meals in our stores in Tauranga. Job Descpription: This is a hands - on position which requires total involvement in all aspects of daily operation including manufacturing process, quality control, looking after requirements necessary forthe manufacture of relevant food items for sale. Additionally, good communications skills are essential to cordinate all the acticities very well. The main duties of St.Pierres Chef / Cook include, but is not limited to: >preparing and cooking food >Operate coonking equipment >Storeing food in temperature contralled facilities >Plan new menus and estimate food requirements >Trainother kithen staff members This is permanet full time postion (over 35 hours per week) howeveryour hours and days of work may vary, so applicants must be resonably flexible with time. A good salary or wages will be offered to the successful applicant, and reviews as work skills improve with grate other benefits Qualifications and Experiences Requirements >Qualifications and experiences in Hospitalily / Retail are an advantage and Minumum three years of relevant work expreience required and evidence must be produced. - Formal qualifications are also not essentila as relevent work experience is more improtant.
