Kōrero mō te tūranga ' About the role
As part of the Desktop Support team, you will be in the field supporting our District clinical and clinical support staff to deliver positive health outcomes across the region. We are a big operation with almost 8,000 computers, as well as cell phones, printers, AV and conference equipment you will never get bored
Mō tō mātou rōpū ' About our team
The 3D ICT department supports Capital & Coast, Hutt Valley and Wairarapa District. We are their valued partner and trusted advisor and have a customer service ethos that creates, innovates and enables change while maintaining the core digital systems between our District, community networks, region and government.
Moū ' About you
This role has a strong technical as well as Customer Service responsibility, with a high level of direct customer contact and communication, you will enjoy dealing with people and being out and about. You will clearly have a technical aptitude with a special interest in hardware and a qualification to back up your enthusiasm. Must have drivers' licence to support offsite facilities.
