nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking. **Responsibilities**: - Work with nCino implementation team consisting of Banking, Configuration, Integration and Product Development SME(s) to define the work breakdown and detailed tasks - Utilize an Agile process to assess a customer's current state, determine future state, understand the gaps and put in place a repeatable systematic implementation plan for 12+ month implementations at major enterprise banks, globally - Communicate to technical, business and executive customer stakeholders to set appropriate expectations related to customer commitment and requisite resource allocation for a successful deployment and confirm the schedule - Assist in future communication, training structure, etc. to establish a repeatable process for onboarding additional Enterprise Deliver Lead associates. Train on methodology including streamlining, simplification and automation of tasks **Qualifications**: - Required:_ - Minimum of 8 years of previous financial industry experience; specifically, a commercial or small business lending background and familiarity of banking language and processes and a bachelor’s degree or a combination of experience& education (deep consumer lending experience will also be considered) - Exceptional communication skills and an innovative problem-solving personality - Proven ability to interact and communicate with customers in a professional, positive and constructive way; comfortable with public speaking and leading a meeting - Large FI experience, particularly with Loan Origination/Servicing Systems, including large-scale transformational program/project leadership - Experience with the analysis, definition and implementation Solution, Information, Technical, Application Architecture based solutions - Outcome focussed and self-directed - Ability and motivation to learn quickly and independently - Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks, projects and workload to deliver according to the project schedule - Strong analytical mindset: being able to observe a client’s current process and analyze how the nCino product will benefit them - Strong leadership skills; previous managerial and project management experience preferred - Ability to present and explain product and project-specific information to diverse types of audiences - Strong ability to define and document business and functional requirements, business process maps ("As-Is/To be") flows and diagrams - Ability to travel 50-75% of the time - Fluent in English - Ability to work outside of standard business hours as necessary - Familiar with local banking regulations and governance - Desired:_ - Experience with agile and hybrid agile delivery methodologies - Optional additional language fluency preferred for APAC countries and Japan - Multi-lingual fluency preferred Additional Information - The position is located in Auckland and requires 50-75% travel in APAC with occasional travel to the nCino offices in the Australia and/or United States - Will be expected to travel to nCino headquarters in North Carolina, USA for initial job training and onboarding - If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino._ nCino provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran status, disability, genetics or other protected groups.
