**Hourly rate: $29.66 per hour**

We are currently looking for Lawn Mowers/ Garden Labourers to join us in Auckland Region. This opportunity is for someone who enjoys working outside and who has a passion for gardens, plants and green spaces. You should have a positive attitude and be willing to learn. You must be mature and responsible when it comes to dealing with tough situations.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

- Lawn mowing, Line/edge trimming along pathways, Hedge trimming
- Operating weed eaters, hedge trimmers, blowers etc.
- Ensuring that the grounds look well presented at all times.
- Gardening duties, preparing and presenting quality workmanship for the public to view.
- Manual handling involving physically moving and removing vegetation and debris.
- Chemical spraying as directed
- Maintaining and up-keep large lawn areas
- General Park maintenance, weed eating, clearing of weeds
- Maintaining and organizing equipment and materials.
- General grooming of properties using petrol blowers
- Control and removal of weeds across sites
- Adhoc maintenance and clearing/cleaning of sight work
- Excellent fitness and physical ability to carry out manual tasks
- Needs to be able to work flexible hours as you may be required to work early morning and during weekend
- Able to receive and follow instructions, multi-task, work to deadlines and work unsupervised
- Committed, be motivated and provide service to our clients with a smile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Be able to use and maintain various tools and equipment, including cutters, squeegees, heat guns, and other materials.
- Be able to Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Have a positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong results-focused work ethic
- Enjoy coming to work and willing to learn and be part of a team.
- Ability to read safety warnings, and guidelines
- Alert at all times to ensure safety
- No Criminal Record
