**Ko tō tūranga - your role**:
As the Head of Capital & Governance, you will establish and own the company-wide capital investment plan, including long range strategic planning and the Annual Capital Plan. Facilitates cross-company prioritisation, Executive reviews and portfolio interlocks to ensure alignment between the capital investment plan, delivery plan and company strategy. Ownership and execution of company-wide Governance framework and associated forums. Ownership of Capacity Planning for Network & Platforms, IT & Digital, TES and Security including delivery of annual Business Volumetric Modelling and change management (IAs). Operational ownership and continuous improvement of the Project and Product Lifecycle Management framework (PPLM). Provides thought leadership on best practice planning methods and embeds within the operational process. Drives people engagement and a high performing culture within the Capital & Governance team.

**Ko tō mahi - what you’ll do**:

- Lead and facilitate company-wide end-to-end capital planning, including long range strategic planning and the Annual Capital Plan.
- Accountable for delivering plan to Group DB target.
- Facilitates cross-company prioritisation, Executive reviews and portfolio interlocks to ensure alignment between the capital investment plan, delivery plan and company strategy.
- Ownership and execution of company-wide Governance framework and associated forums.
- Ownership of Capacity Planning for Network & Platforms, IT & Digital, TES and Security including delivery of annual Business Volumetric Modelling and change management (IAs).
- Operational ownership and continuous improvement of the Project and Product Life-cycle Management process (PPLM).
- Leads process improvements for Capital Planning and Governance frameworks and drives stakeholder engagement.
- Engage and develop relationships with Senior Leaders to engender trust and enable decision making.
- Provides thought leadership on best practice planning methods and embeds within the operational process.
- Drives people engagement and a high performing culture within the Capital & Governance team.

- Strong experience in managing the delivery of complex portfolios within a Telco or similar large organisation.
- Investment planning and appreciation of financial returns to the company
- Strong people management, leadership and coaching / mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Possess equal parts of creativity, tenacity and diplomacy.
- Understand of project financing and complexity of funding large technology programmes
- Understanding of Telco, ICT and Business Governance environments.
- Tertiary qualification in Technology, Business or similar.
