**Mo te tunga | About the role**
The Gang Harm Insights Centre (GHIC) are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Leader, who has a background in leading an Intelligence function, and experience working in a multi-agency space.
The GHIC is a multi-agency team, hosted by the Police National Intelligence Centre and located within the Fusion Hub sitting alongside the National Drug Intelligence Bureau and the Transnational Organised Crime Intelligence Fusion Centre.
As the Manager, GHIC you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver on its purpose of providing a holistic understanding of the harm being caused by, to, and within our New Zealand Adult Gang community, enabling agencies to make informed strategic decisions that can minimise the harm caused by, to, and within the gang environment. This role involves working with 12 agencies to drive the GHIC work plan and ensure agencies are enabled to empower communities to make a difference to gang-related harm.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Develop, lead, and manage the multi-agency Gang Harm Insights Centre to collect, analyse, and disseminate high quality intelligence products that inform and support multi-agency and cross Government interventions and outcomes.
- Lead and maintain a positive, purpose driven and inclusive workgroup where everyone can thrive.
- Work collaboratively with GHIC agencies, to ensure the efficient exchange of information and intelligence within agreed information sharing agreements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate complex issues credibly across the sector.
