**FCB Media : Senior Account Manager**

The Media Senior Account Manager provides support to the business leads, Account Director, Business Director and Group Business Director, and is responsible for the day to day account management of their client portfolio.

The Senior Account Manager is integral to the communications planning process working collaboratively with business leads, account management, comms planning, and creative teams to develop strategically based advertising solutions.

In this role you will be your clients’ main point of contact for traditional media planning in addition to day to day digital media deliverables checking in with the business leads as required. This is a hybrid role with the benefit of working across both offline and online.

You will utilise your strong media knowledge, creative thinking and factual analysis to develop optimum media plans spanning paid, owned and earned media channels to ensure campaigns reach their target audiences as effectively as possible. Playing a key role in presenting and selling the media plans and strategy in to the client, you will manage the implementation process, ensuring the team and associated disciplines deliver executional excellence and insightful post analysis. The beauty of this role being your overall involvement and ownership from inception to execution, making the magic happen.

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in constantly evolving media landscape, while delivering quality work to deadlines
- Thorough and proven digital experience at an intermediate level with a minimum of 2-3 years of media agency experience
- Strong analytical skill & numerical reasoning skills
- Natural client servicing and management skills
- Confidence and competence in decision-making
- Strong desire to achieve excellent results with energy and enthusiasm
- Ability to handle pressure, demands of clients, deadlines, and a busy environment
- Excellent presentation skills
- Software knowledge will include an excellent working ability of all current applicable media and digital media software and an excellent working ability of analytics software / bid management software - includes but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Campaign Manager, Meta ads
