** About the Role**
Reporting to the General Manager and leading a team of circa 20 staff, we're seeking an experienced and dynamic **Manager, Operations** to drive performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and inspire a culture of excellence and safety. This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role requiring a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for:

- Championing health and safety processes to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Ensuring the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective day-to-day running of the facility
- Providing strong, positive, and motivational leadership to staff
- Strengthening and developing long-term customer relationships
- Maintaining inventory integrity and ensuring accurate stock management
- Overseeing the maintenance and operational readiness of all site assets
- Ensuring compliance with Lineage Logistics standards and all relevant regulatory requirements

**About You**
We're looking for a proven leader who:

- Has a strong commitment to health and safety best practices
- Thrives in developing high-performing teams and supporting staff growth
- Brings experience in cold storage or related logistics industries (preferred)
- Is highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Is customer-focused and commercially astute
- Has the right to work in New Zealand
