**What you’ll be doing**:
Reporting to the Manager, Business Redesign, you’ll be able to demonstrate your expertise, passion and skills in continuous improvement and change management as you operate as part of the Customer and Network Operations (CNO) team.
This is a future focused role - driving the end-to-end re-design of how we do things in CNO to achieve better outcomes for our people and customers. You will be responsible for using proven change, improvement and project management practices and techniques, to:
- Identify opportunities to redesign business processes and activities to achieve simplification, consistency, and alignment of processes across CNO, with a view to improving both productivity and customer outcomes.
- Ensure delivery of initiatives, lead business case activities and use effective storytelling to help take key stakeholders through the journey.
- Ensuring initiatives have benefit realisation and are being fully realised.
- Act as a mentor and provide thought leadership to team members in the wider Business Redesign and Optimisation & Insights team to support their learning and/or business understanding as required and drive a culture of continuous improvement
**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- Identifying, framing and delivering business improvement opportunities, and building successful business cases.
- Successfully utilising a variety of analysis, improvement, change and project practices e.g. HCD, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, and using your experience to identify the right technique to deliver the right solution.
- Straightforward process and procedure mapping, logical redesign and information management.
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships across a diverse network of internal and external stakeholders.
- Being adaptable, able to think on your feet and be agile, a problem-solving mindset.
- Telco operations background an advantage.
