**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
As we look to revolutionise our stores team rostering/pay & leave systems and processes, we’re looking for a Training Lead to help ensure that team members impacted by the E2E People Systems Transformation have the correct training and learning material available to them to ensure that they can operate with the new systems and processes.

Key accountabilities:

- Responsible for definition of training material to support the new Rostering experience in Supermarkets and the new Pay and Leave experience across the entire Woolworth NZ / Countdown business
- Responsible for definition of the training strategy
- Responsible for the creation of training material to support the new Rostering experience in Supermarkets and the new Pay and Leave experience across the entire Woolworth NZ / Countdown business
- Responsible for the detailed training plan, aligning the training plan to the deployment approach to avoid conflict
- Works with the program SMEs to deliver training as required per the plan

To succeed in this role you will need to be a critical thinker who is able to identify and provide solutions to problems, able to work independently as well as have great communication skills.

To be successful in this position, you will ideally:

- Have experience delivering engaging and dynamic training
- Have experience using content authoring tools to create digital/e-learning content
- Be able to translate technical/system concepts and processes into business ready learning and training materials
- Proficient in Google Suite (or equivalent)
- Have experience in training in relation to rolling out new technology and/or people systems/processes
- Experience in people systems and processes such as SuccessFactors, Kronos, Workforce Management (preferred not essential)
