The Recruitment Advisor role is one of those opportunities. This role represents an opportunity to shape a new way of working while providing exceptional recruitment support across the region with a specific focus on attraction and retention in our Frontline space. We want to throw out the rule book when it comes to recruitment, obviously there are policies and processes to follow but how can we do things differently? It's a tough environment to be recruiting in at the moment so we need people who can engage with all our stakeholders with confidence, passion and empathy. All those ideas you have around attraction, retention, doing things differently are welcomed here, along with demonstrated experience with the following: - Ability to build trusted relationships across an organisation - Knowledge of Springboard ATS - Not essential but an understanding of how an ATS runs effectively - Facilitation of assessment centres, information events, networking Utu ā-tau | Salary The salary range for this position is $66,411-$93,756, Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
