Ventia is seeking a capable Systems and Quality coordinator to join their team in Auckland.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role works with our busy Transport Team to help deliver major NZ transport organizations projects effectively. They will perform a variety of tasks which includes support delivery of projects and managers including preparation, maintenance, and management of action plans, organizations of meetings and communications as required to meet project requirements and attending meetings for Roads NZ and other toolboxes as required.

They will also be looking after SharePoint file setup, management and training for sites across New Zealand

**Other responsibilities include**
- Support and mentor on-site administrators
- Provide event management for any national programmes (such as Roadshows)
- Be the lead for QuipCheck across Transport NZ
- Manage data reporting and analysis

**ABOUT YOU**

They will need to have advanced knowledge of MS office suite as well as excel analytical skills. Power BI experience is an advantage.

Ideally, they will also have good understanding and knowledge of records and/or information management systems such as SharePoint. Exposure to and experience in SAP is preferred

**Education and qualifications**:

- Class 1 NZ Drivers Licence
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
