We are a community-based
service with a big heart. Experienced Allied Health team members and supportive
leaders create a warm and welcoming work environment, providing strong clinical
support.
This is an exciting
time to join our multidisciplinary team as we embrace innovative support from
our Allied Health Assistants. Fresh ideas and enthusiasm for collaborative
thinking are welcome.
We have opportunities available in general Community
Occupational Therapy, Wheelchairs and Seating, and Community Rehabilitation.
- Community Occupational

Therapist - 0.5 FTE fixed term, 40 hours per fortnight
- Community Occupational
Therapist - 0.6 FTE fixed term, 48 hours per fortnight
- Occupational Therapist - 1.0
FTE permanent, 80 hours per fortnight (2x positions available)
- Wheelchair and Seating
Therapist - 1.0 FTE permanent, 48 hours per fortnight
(OT or Physio)
Other Occupational Therapy roles are available
across the district and services, including physical health, child development
services, and mental health and addictions.
Exciting plans are also underway to develop a

Ko wai he kaitono tōtika? (Who
is an appropriate applicant?)
You will
have at least two years post-qualification experience, NZ registration in
Occupational Therapy, a current practicing certificate and a range of
generalist and specialist skills.
You will also be adaptable to change, resourceful and flexible to
service needs, and will have a genuine passion for working with patients in the
