We are seeking an experienced and driven **Cafe Manager** to lead our team and oversee daily operations. This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is ready to take ownership of both front-of-house excellence and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory, ordering, stocktakes, and cost of goods sold (COGS)
- Train, mentor, and support staff development
- Collaborate with chefs on menu planning
- Oversee daily operations and special functions
- Maintain accurate business records and handle financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
- Handle staffing, recruitment, rosters, and performance reviews
- Foster a positive team culture and maintain high morale
- Uphold cleanliness and organisation across the café
- Contribute to strategies for customer retention and revenue growth

**What we are looking for**:

- A minimum of **three years of relevant work experience** and/or
- A **Level 4 qualification (Diploma)** in hospitality or a related field
