The opportunities
We are currently seeking an Associate / Principal Drainage Engineer with proven experience of delivering on major transport infrastructure projects across New Zealand. This is a permanent opportunity based in our Auckland office.
With a minimum of 10+ year’s commercial experience in delivering drainage design on transport projects. You will be providing expert drainage advice and demonstrating advanced technical skills, ensuring that analysis and design tasks undertaken meet appropriate technical standards that meet the requirements of our clients.
With a track record of achievement in a similar role, you will have gained your experience in an engineering design consultancy and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.
Suitable Applicants Will have/be
- Degree qualified - Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering or similar)
- 10-15 years’ commercial experience and knowledge of delivering drainage engineering.
- You will be a CPEng qualified engineer or on your way to achieving this.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully undertake and deliver client’s TOR within budget and timelines.
- Experience in the co-ordination, design and delivery of projects within multi-disciplinary engineering environment
- Familiar with AC Healthy Waters unit and NZ RMA legislation valued.
- Submit technical reports of a standard requiring mínimal correction; and provide final review of reports.
