**About the role**

As a QA Software Tester, you will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure that MEGA products and features are always of the highest standard before being released. Whilst testing features and enhancements, you will ensure you document bugs and issues in a comprehensive and methodical manner. You will report to the QA Team Lead, a highly inclusive individual.

How you'll make an impact:

- Contribute to and help enhance QA practices to ensure high-standards are maintained
- Evaluate feedback from users and use this insight to help improve user experiences
- Cross-team collaboration, with product, design, and engineering teams, to understand initial requirements of new features and test early versions.

This role can be remote, and we offer flexible work arrangements for employees based at our Auckland office.

**About you**

An experienced tester, you are adept at finding and documenting bugs and issues.

You are:

- Someone with a good command of written and spoken English
- An initiative taker with a proactive can-do attitude
- A natural problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Someone with a strong collaborative focus. A team player, willing to go the extra mile to produce quality work and meet deadlines.
