This operational focused role includes facilitating the day to day running and management of the centre.

**The Opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to join the The Doctors team as they transition into this larger team and develop and expand services to patients. You will become a part of Green Cross Health, one of NZ's largest healthcare networks whereby together we provide outstanding service to our patients and our community.

**About You**

We are looking for someone who has a passion for primary healthcare and has ideally worked in the health sector.

People skills, operational leadership and change management will be important, as well as financial planning, budgeting, and accounts management. You will be able to thrive in the challenging and often changing environment of primary healthcare, PHOs, funding, capitation, enrolments, and the wide range of reporting that GP practice requires.

You will be skilled at fostering teamwork and do what it takes to support your colleagues and deliver excellent service; you will be able to work well with health and administration professionals; you will be able to set up and maintain productive relationships with our Green Cross Health Support Office and external stakeholders; you will bring positivity, energy, enthusiasm, and resilience to this varied and exciting role. You will enjoy leadership, creating a healthy culture and developing others.

**Key Attributes**
- Prior experience in Health Management is desirable but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a Practice Manager role.
- Experience in operations and change management.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, resilient, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Financial management or accounting skills.
- Ability to delegate and direct others in a positive and sensitive way**.**:

- Working knowledge of Medtech Evolution is desirable but not essential.
