- We’re looking for an experienced **Operations Supervisor** to lead daily operations across our region, support our crews on the ground, and help grow our business through exceptional service and smart planning. If you’re a practical operator with strong people skills and a knack for keeping things running smoothly, you’ll fit right in.
- This is a full-time permanent role which comes with a competitive pay rate.
- **Key responsibilities for this position are**:

- Overseeing day-to-day workflow, job scheduling and resource allocation
- Leading, coaching and supporting team members to deliver high-quality work
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with company standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - and identifying new opportunities
- Supporting new staff through onboarding and training
- Handling operational issues as they arise and escalating when needed
- Monitoring job performance, costs, risks and reporting to management
- Championing quality, ISO standards and continuous improvement
- Ensuring accurate job safety documentation, hazard reporting and incident follow-up- **What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Certificate in Scaffolding/Rigging (Level 4 & above) and relevant competency certificates
- Full, clean Class 1 licence
- 2-3 years’ leadership or managerial experience in construction or engineering
- Strong understanding of NZ construction practices
- Proven ability to manage clients, build relationships and grow business
- Excellent communication, problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and lead multi-skilled teams
- Confident with PCs and familiar with operational systems- **What You’ll get in Return**:
