**Our team plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products, and we are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our dynamic team.**

Please note that this is an afternoon/ night time shift starting at 2pm in the afternoon and finishing around midnight.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the depot operations. You will supervise a team working on the required shift, coordinate with various departments, and ensure on time departures and freight is directed on time to the correct destinations at the required temperatures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the team.
- Plan and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment and delivery of products.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have solid understanding and experience of the freight industry (ideally chilled/frozen transport).
- Must have solid experience in operations Supervision of a medium sized and dynamic freight/logistics operation.
- Must be customer and service delivery focused, with the ability to motivate staff in the same direction.
- Must have a can-do, practical and positive personality.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Good knowledge and ability to operate Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Understand the Ibright GPS solution.
