The Receptionist will deliver a range of front-line reception services at the Kennedy Park Resort, ensuring that all enquiries, booking, reservations and face-to-face interactions with customers are carried out effectively, courteously, and in accordance with the procedures established by Kennedy Park management.

**Requirements**:
Ideally you will have a strong knowledge of the tourism and travel industry, and will have led teams in a busy customer service environment.

If you have:

- Knowledge and experience in reception
- Ability to work evening, weekend and public holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Amazing customer service focus
