**About the business**

Navigate Seaside is located in the sunny Hawke's Bay and is looking for a part-time front office receptionist to join our team.

**About the role**

You'll need to be able to be flexible with your hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Delivering top customer service
A high level of English communication and personal grooming is preferred.
Resolving customer complaints and concerns
Assisting housekeeping team when needed
Check-in and out
Team worker
Having a can-do attitude

Experience in a similar role in Hospitality & Tourism
Diploma/Certificate/Degree in Hospitality & Tourism preferred
Front office & administration experience
Good communication skills
Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel preferred
Flexibility and able to work weekends & public holidays

Working hours 8am - 8pm Monday - Sunday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $22.70 - $30.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Napier, Hawke's Bay: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
