**About the role**
As a UX/UI Designer at Vector, you will be the user/customer advocate, assisting with creating polished project deliverables and designing intuitive and delightful interfaces and experiences in collaboration across the business.

In line with industry best practices and standards, you’ll create design features that holistically balance the needs of our user/customer and the business.

**Who we are looking for**

We’re looking for someone who shares our values and is excited by the opportunity to help shape our user experience of products and services at Vector.

In addition to this, we envisage you’ll have:

- A qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
- End-to-end design skills, including working in user flows, wireframes, user testing, prototypes and high-fidelity design
- Experience planning and conducting UX research, including usability testing and collating user feedback
- Proficiency in the use of such design and collaboration tools as Figma, Adobe suite, Atlassian and Lucid Chart/Spark (Miro)
