**Ko te kaupapa | About the role**

Te Whatu Ora - Whanganui is seeking an innovative Nurse Clinical Coach to supports new graduate Nurses on the Nursing Entry to Practice Programme (NETP), transition to competent practitioners in the clinical setting.

This position will work collaboratively to:

- Provide support to the NETP Coordinator
- Work alongside NETP in their first year of practice to support skill development and working in a new environment
- Support NETP with PDRP portfolios
- Assess NETP in regard to nursing knowledge and skills
- Support the delivery of the WDHB pro equity work plan

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
- Be a Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate
- A friendly, kind, bubbly personality who can work with NETP nurses, their preceptors and the manager of the unit.
- A team player who is innovative and can support the education team.
- Be a recent graduate of the NETP programme with 2-3 years clinical experience
- Hold a PDRP preferably at proficient level
- Be a trained preceptor
- A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, whānau centred care and cultural safety.
- A commitment to achieving equitable outcomes for Māori.
- Computer literacy and experience working with/understanding of MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience writing work plans and reports.
