In this role, you will lead the Support Team strategy & execution, taking responsibility for CONQA's customer support function and ensuring the support specialists have everything they need for success.

Founded in 2015, CONQA is used daily onsite in construction projects in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Vietnam.

**Requirements**:
**In this role you’ll get to**:

- Take responsibility for our support strategy & execution
- Training New Users and delivering specific training to the wide variety of different User Types
- Test and Implement effective Training Methods
- Support and manage a team of excellent specialists
- Evaluating and increasing CONQA’s effectiveness through feedback to the wider CONQA team
- Work in a supportive & friendly team environment, and
- Deliver excellent support to CONQA users

**Must haves**

On day one we'll expect you to have:

- Proficiency using platforms like FullStory, Intercom, ZenDesk
- An eye for detail
- A systematic mindset: we don’t want to do things well _once_, we want to enable ourselves to do the same task easily

**Desirable skills**
- Worked in a SaaS environment before
- Some understanding of the construction industry
