We are looking for a passionate and motivated Cook/Kitchen Hand to join our team and work closely with our head chef to deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment.

**Role Overview**:
As a Cook/Kitchen Hand, you will be responsible for assisting our chef in the daily operations of the kitchen. This includes preparing ingredients, assisting with cooking tasks, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety standards are upheld. You will be a key member of the team, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the chef with meal preparation and cooking tasks.
- Prepare ingredients for dishes, including washing, chopping, and organizing.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Help with the setting up and clearing away of kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment
- Passion for food and cooking
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good with English
