We are looking for a Part Time Retail Assistant to join our team in Henderson. You will receive a minimum of 32 hours per week in the Summer months and 20 hours per week in the Winter months.

We are a close-knit team that works hard but also has fun.

Join a supportive team and receive full training on our products and services.

**The Role**:
As Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering customer service to pool builders, retailers, and service technicians.
- Water Testing (full training provided
- Responding to customer inquiries/trade questions (full training provided)
- Booking jobs for our technicians
- Answering phones and providing information about our product and service
- Keeping the store clean and tidy
- Assist with in-store promotions
- Processing of stock for sale

**About you**:

- Be motivated and hardworking.
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Able to provide exceptional customer service
- Have good communication skills
- Honest and Reliable
- Able to lift 20 KG
- Technical ability
