**What you’ll do**

- Plan and schedule build resources using MS Project (or equivalent), ensuring all client requests are met.
- Coordinate all job lifecycle activities including site readiness, consents, material ordering and subcontractor management.
- Manage job documentation, RFS commitments, risks, and SLAs to ensure accurate reporting and delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates on progress, risks and challenges.
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance project performance and contract margin.

**What we’re looking for**

- Experience in build planning, scheduling or project coordination within utilities, telecoms, construction or related sectors.
- Strong ability to plan, coordinate and integrate activities across the full job lifecycle.
- Proficiency with MS Project or similar project scheduling tools.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage risk, quality, cost and schedule to drive strong project outcomes.
