Mō te tūnga | About the roleThe position provides support to the Manager - Financial Performance and Planning. The responsibilities for the role include being accountable for developing and maintaining financial models and reporting across various funds and programmes that represents future performance and cost structures. Articulating key findings in a manner stakeholders comprehend to support decision making is a critical element to this role. These models will quantify and evaluate strategic directions or business options
- in particular models that support long term planning, budgeting (including external budgeting) and the cost of different programmes. The salary range for this role is $98,749 - $120,693 + 3% Kiwisaver contribution. Ō wheako, ō pukenga | About you You will:

- Have the ability to develop trust and credibility with senior managers.
- Be able to work within a team while managing own workload and taking responsibility.
- Conduct effective presentations to influence key stakeholders.
- Have the resilience to work in a constantly evolving work environment using sound judgement.
- Be comfortable operating with a level of ambiguity and data limitations.
- Hold a tertiary qualification with at least 2 years' experience in a similar environment, a CAANZ Chartered Accountant qualification (or equivalent) will be an added benefit.
