You will be an Estimator who has experience working in the civil construction industry. Ideally, you will have 5 years of experience (or more), in an estimating role. You will know how to read construction plans and documentation and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (notably MS Projects and MS Excel) and CCS Candy.

You will also:

- Have experience communicating with clients and stakeholders
- Excel in your time management and scheduling skills
- Have an eye for detail, completing tasks with efficiency and accuracy

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure that you are providing accurate cost estimates. You will be required to look over documentation that determines whether projects are within the scope and budgets of the company’s abilities.
You will maintain accurate records which include data, quotes and documentation. Having a passion for the civil construction industry will be essential for keeping up with the latest developments and market trends.
