Retrofit Coordinator

Our Wellington branch is seeking a motivated, switched on Administrator to join their close knit, friendly team in our Retrofit division to cover a maternity leave position for 12 months.

As the first point of contact for our customers both over the phone and in the showroom, you will provide product knowledge and support. Working closely with our Glazing Operations Manager you will also be responsible for our glazing schedules, coordinating deliveries as well as sales support functions with preparing and following up on quotes/deposit, work in progress along with other general admin duties such as banking, time sheets and invoicing.
