As a Foreperson in our Civil team, you will lead a crew to deliver work safety, on time and to the highest quality standard. You will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations, including the coordination of all employees, plant resources and subcontract personnel in your area of control.

In addition to the above you will:

- Ensure your team adheres to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate, plan, and organise plant, labour and subcontractors to ensure the effective delivery of projects.
- Maximise daily productivity of your team while ensuring a high quality of work.
- Foster a safe work environment by educating site workers on construction safety regulations and emergency procedures.

We’re looking for someone with:

- A Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the civil construction industry or similar.
- Full clean class 1 licence and WTR endorsements.
- A background in retaining structures, formwork, temporary works, civil construction, reinforced concrete and/or timber.
- Sound knowledge of building and construction safety regulations.
- A proactive approach to health and safety - it’s our #1 priority
- Outstanding leadership skills, with proven experience supervising and leading crews.
- The ability to communicate clear expectations to your team and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
