**Job Description Summary**: The ANZ CT (Computed Tomography) Applications Specialist is responsible for providing formal technical and clinical support during the sales and installation process for the CT Product Portfolio by GE HealthCare. Responsibilities include providing required pre-sale product demonstrations and post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities and ongoing customer support, including on site clinical in-servicing and go-live support.

**You must be a CT Radiographer with at least 3 to 5 years clinical experience in a CT Department.**

**Duties Include (but not limited to)**:
**Sales, Demonstration, and Installation**:

- Provide technical and clinical support during the sales process
- Monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
- Manage clinical handover and complete installations check off with the customer
- Provide a plan for follow-up and additional installation training, as needed
- Manage and improve clinical customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer
- Collate and contribute to the image library for tenders, demonstrations, and customer presentations

**Customer Satisfaction**
- Provide clinical, technical, and professional guidance as necessary to improve the customer experience
- Produce well-written post-demo/training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs

**Customer Strategy**
- Communicate with local Applications Specialists and Account Managers to ensure all customer and business needs are met
- Energize team and maintain adherence of field processes
- Keep abreast and report on competitor information

**Training & Education**
- Collect, analyse, and communicate appropriate customer training, and competitive information
- Provide a full education and training programme for customers, CA/dealers, and internal GE personnel
- Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training
- Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices
Report constructive feedback to wider team on new product introductions

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- A suitably qualified clinical or technical professional in Diagnostic Radiography/Medical Radiation science
- Demonstrated clinical scanning proficiency on current products/platforms
- Minimum 3 years of relevant CT clinical/technical experience, previous experience on GE CT Platforms preferred but not essential
- Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide
- A clear thinker with the ability to interpret and translate complex technical data and systems.
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and well-developed interpersonal skills will allow you to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate on the bigger picture.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products

- Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process)
- Strong accountability, sense of urgency and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
- Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
- Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
- Experience on all current GE products for which responsibilities cover
