Desktop Imaging is a well-respected New Zealand owned and operated industry leader for 24 years in Paper & Data Transformations. This role will be responsible for monitoring, supervising and motivating the Operations Production Team of approximately 25 people.

The role reports to the National Operations Manager in Wellington.

This role suits an individual who has a proven track record in managing teams while multitasking multiple projects at a time, within budget and to the high standards required to retain long-term relationships.

In addition to your sound understanding of how a production bureau environment works, you will demonstrate a desire and ability to take ownership and responsibility for clients and process.
